Optimae Behavioral Health Services, a division of Optimae LifeServices, is looking to hire a clinical supervisor in our southeastern Iowa region.

The clinical supervisor works under the supervision of the behavioral health operations officer and provide clinical supervision to therapists and paraprofessionals working in outpatient clinics, care facilities, school-based programs and recovery centers. This position establishes and maintains a high level of quality and efficiency in the delivery of services to the people we serve.

Education & work experience:

• Must be an LISW or LMHC or have a Psychology Ph.D.
• A minimum of two years post permanent licensure experience providing services in a mental health field is required.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Understand, believe in and demonstrate behavior driven by Optimae LifeServices’ mission, vision and core values.
• Carry a caseload of therapy clients proportionate to the clinical supervision responsibilities.
• Effectively perform personnel actions related to the hiring, supervision and development of staff.
• Work in coordination with relevant administrators to provide clinical oversight to treatment programs.
