Primetime 55+: Social Media 101

Social interaction is essential for healthy living at any age. Social media allows us to communicate with others in real time, making real connections. Interested in learning how to search local events and use online calendars, join an online book club, or even just simply follow your “influencer” grandkids? Learn different methods on how to keep in touch with friends and family from around the globe, while doing so safely and avoiding scams and phishing schemes to prevent identify theft. Gain an understanding of what platforms are best to share ideas and news with like-minded individuals, safely and professionally. Have fun while staying connected!
