Ignite the Arts

CELEBRATE WASHINGTON’S CULTURAL & ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT in Downtown Washington! Artists from Iowa will come to town to participate in the “En Plein Aire” event, sponsored by Art Domestique. The artists will be creating artwork around town which will be judged and sold at Art Domestique on Sunday, June 15th at 4:30 pm. Pn Saturday, June 14th, visit the Washington Library to celebrate the 1st Anniversary of the MakeIt Place. Enjoy craft activities, demonstrations and create a Yarn Globe. Fun for all ages! Enjoy live music, participate in a life-sized Candyland Game, take a Story Walk around the square, and help to create a sidewalk chalk mural on the Central Park Bandstand.
