Paying Utility Bills

Payments can be put into the exterior drop box at City Hall.  Payments can be made online at: https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/washingtonia/utilities.

Building Permits

Permit applications are available and can be submitted online at: https://washingtoncity.portal.iworq.net/portalhome/washingtoncity.  Help is available over the phone by calling (319) 653-6584.
