Website Optimae Home Health Services

Are you a licensed CNA looking for a flexible schedule and a supportive team environment? Do you want to make a difference in people’s lives? Optimae Home Health Services, a division of Optimae LifeServices, is seeking caring, full-time Home Health Aides in southeastern Iowa.

Optimae assists individuals living in more than 50 Iowa counties with their mental health, visible and invisible disabilities, and other barriers. We empower our customers to reach their fullest potential by being at their side and on their side.

The Home Health Aide (HHA) is a paraprofessional member of the home care team. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist, the HHA performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. The HHA is responsible for observing patients, reporting observations and documenting observations and care performed. The home health aide will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient’s care.

At Optimae, our four core values of choice, respect, teamwork and education apply to both our customers and employees. With a supportive, mission-driven culture, many employees have started at Optimae and stayed for good. See what they’re saying:

“I love my work at Optimae. I enjoy that it’s not just a place to work, but that the people I work with are like an extra family. We have each other’s backs, help one another, and work as a team to make a difference in our customers’ lives. Even on unpleasant days or in hard work situations, my fellow coworkers and leadership have always been there to step in, lift me up and help me out while still making me feel valued and supported. I’m proud to be on a team that I can always count on. (Sothavy, home care aide with Optimae for 5+ years)
