Notice of Public Hearing – Planning and Zoning Commission

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Washington Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6:00pm on Tuesday February 11, 2025 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 215 E. Washington Street. During the meeting the Commission will conduct a public hearing on a re-zoning request for property at the southwest corner of N. 6^th Avenue and E. 13^th Street from R-2 to R-3. They will also hold a public hearing to consider vacating all platted rights-of-way within the property located between 4^th and 6^th Streets and 11^th and 13^th Avenues.

Other items on the agenda will include: appointment of officers, approval of plats of survey, site plan reviews, and general discussion items. There will be time for the public to make comments if they have any questions for the Commission.
