The Chamber welcomes new member, Carl A. Nelson & Company (CANCO). There services include industrial, commercial and institutional construction contractor working all over Iowa, around the Midwest and across the U.S. working as design-builder, construction manager (CM) agency and at-risk, and general contractor. They perform work in multiple construction market segments, including:
- industrial plant construction, industrial maintenance and millwright services;
- hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities, including senior living;
- K-12 school construction + needs assessment and master planning;
- Recreation facilities such as community centers, YMCAs and air-supported athletic domes.
Other project areas include power plants; product testing, industrial process and biomedical research laboratory construction; water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants, commercial, office and warehouse construction, and construction of civic and community projects.
