The Community Foundation of Washington County was formed in 2006 and is an affiliate of the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation (GCRCF). We are a tax-exempt public charity that permanently endows most of our assets to assure that gifts given through our organization will last forever.
The Foundation is overseen by a volunteer board of leading citizens with expertise in knowing our community‰Û¡ÌÝå»s needs. We work together with many individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to establish endowment funds that will provide grant awards for years to come.
