Washington Regional Alternative Program is housed at The Kirkwood Washington Regional Center at 2192 Lexington Blvd., in Washington. The WRAP Center is an alternative high school available to 9th-12th grade students referred from Washington Community Schools, WACO Community Schools, Keota Community Schools and Highland Community Schools. At the WRAP Center students will take responsibility for their learning. They will have input as to what classes they want to study and how they want to study them. Students will also gain assistance from community resources and career planning. WRAP staff is dedicated to helping students to become successful in academics, but also focus on social aspects such as responsibility, self-esteem, teamwork and skills to live as an active member in our society.
