    Phil is Director of Engineering and Product Development for Bazooka Farmstar and has worked for the company, one of Washington’s largest employers, for seven years. His job is to direct a team of engineers to create new products to ensure that his company stays relevant in the marketplace. He says he likes being a part of a fast-growing company where there’s an entrepreneurial spirit that keeps the employees trying new things and solving problems quickly. Before coming to Bazooka, Phil worked in office furniture design in Muscatine where his job took him to rural areas of South China a few times to visit suppliers. He enjoys traveling with his wife Kristen and their two daughters and he says the thing he he’s most proud of is being a dad.
