  • Nuisances as per City Code are listed. Nuisances generally are located on private property and typically relate to that property or items on it. Not all bothersome items fit under the nuisance codes. Some, such as noise complaints, illegal parking on streets, illegal fireworks discharge, etc., may fall under the authority of the Police Department. To report legal infractions of this nature, contact the non-emergency number for the Washington County Communications Center at 319-653-2107.
