Starting/Stopping service

If you would like to start or stop utility service at a location, please call City Hall at 319-653-6584.

New residents are required to fill out an application for water service. Renters are required to pay a $150 water deposit.

Donating to PAWS & More

Support a good cause when you make your utility payment!  You can elect to donate an additional $1, $5 or $10 each month to PAWS & More Animal Shelter in Washington.  Simply complete the form at https://60a6db96-dabb-4075-97c1-461faa846754.filesusr.com/ugd/d9a13c_8c1d9852f6064b1bb622faa15de5755b.pdf and submit it to City Hall as indicated on the form!
