NLW Subdivision Lots for Sale

The City of Washington is happy to offer for sale lots in the NLW Subdivision Plat 1, property that was acquired by gift from NLW Holdings and the Whitesell Corporation earlier this year. The “Plat 1” area includes 7 single-family and 2 two-family lots for sale, and the future Plat 2 is expected to include two- to six-family lots for sale.
