Notice of Public Meeting

The City of Washington Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:30pm on Monday April 28, 2025 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 215 E. Washington Street. During the meeting the Board will conduct a public hearing on a variance request from Chad & Susan Shull at 502 S. 15^th Avenue referencing the setback requirements under the Washington Code of Ordinances. The Board will also conduct a public hearing on a variance request from Tom and Tina Knutson at 116 S. 7^th Avenue referencing accessory building placement under the Washington Code of Ordinances. There will be time for the public to make comments if they have any questions for the Board.
