Acting Up Theatre Camp LLC

Enjoy a week of fun and excitement at Acting Up Theatre Camp in Washington, IA! Students will learn the tools of the trade about all things acting and putting on a show from UI Theatre Grad, Gracey Murphy. They’ll get to play theatre games, create props and costumes, and act in a production that will be showcased at the end of the week! Every child will have a part to play in this production and while everyone will be working together each week, a counselor will be designated to groups of 5-10 kids. Children will need to bring their own sack lunch, but snacks will be provided! Weather permitting, we aim to spend some time playing some theatre games outside, too .Camp is from July 8th-12th from 9:00-2:30 pm At Timmins Event Center in Halycon House with production to follow on Friday the 12th at 6 pm at the Washington Performing Arts Center.
