Diabetes Group Class

Washington County Hospital & Clinics will be hosting a diabetes group class on Tuesday, January 23rd from 1-5 PM. This class is open to any patient with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes who wants to learn more about managing their diabetes or refocus on taking care of themselves and achieving their health goals. Loved ones are welcome to attend class with you. Our diabetes nurse, dietitian, physical therapist, and clinical pharmacist will cover topics including managing diabetes, setting goals, diabetes medications, eating and exercising with diabetes, coping, and more!
