Sewing Quilt Blocks

Celebrate Fiber Arts February by learning how to sew a star quilt block in a three part class with Jean Frazer.
Materials needed: three coordinating but contrasting fabrics, so that the star points stand out.
Background—1/3 yd (dark blue in the sample)
Star points—10” square (white in the sample). You could purchase
1/3 yd, or one fat quarter
Center—10” square (light blue in the sample).
Block size: 16 1/2” unfinished, 16” finished
6 spots available for adults & must already be certified.
