Jingle Bell Run – Nov 30th – 9am
Early Entry fee
$25 & 1 canned item – ages 10 and older

Reason for the Season – Nov 30th, 1PM, Christmas concert at the Washington High School Auditorium, proceeds go to HACAP! Tickets: adults $10, students/kids free

It’s the best weekend of the year to support your local businesses! Get out & shop small at the businesses that support our community all year long! More dollars stay within our local economy when you shop small. Those dollars support local schools, athletics, as well as services like police, fire department, and so much more! Support our local shops and get the best presents for your family, your friends and yourself!
Live Radio Play – Nov 30 – Live Radio Play at 5pm in Library – “Holiday Magic on Main”
Downtown Lighting Ceremony & Lighted Parade – Nov 30th, ceremony at 6p, parade at 6:30p (approx)
Join Main Street Washington at the Bandstand at 6 pm on Saturday, November 30th for the Annual Lights of Love Memory Trees ceremony. (https://givebutter.com/MemTrees2024)
Following the ceremony at 6:30 pm, the 29th Annual Lighted Holiday Parade kicks off and circles downtown, closed by a Special Guest. After the parade, stick around for horse-drawn carriage rides thanks to Mama Llama’s Barn and see Santa at the Library until 8pm!

Santa’s House – Dec 1st – 1-4p, at the library
Kids can come deliver their lists & chat with Santa & Mrs. Claus. Santa’s House is brought to you by Washington State Bank and will be at the Washington Public Library
Dec 7 & 8 – Candlelight Tour of Homes – 7th 4p-8p & 8th 1p-5p; The Washington Candlelight Tour of Homes highlights a number of beautifully decorated homes for Christmas! Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door.
Dec 13 & 14 – Nutcracker Ballet – two free shows – 13th at 6:30p & 14th at 1:30p; Come to the Washington Community Theater for the 4th annual performance of The Nutcracker with a free dessert reception to follow! (donations welcome)
