August 8, 2022 (IOWA CITY, Iowa) – Optimae Behavioral Health Services, a division of Optimae LifeServices, announced today the addition of McCulloch Hall, tLMHC, to its southeastern Iowa team. Hall will provide behavioral health services to Optimae’s Johnson and Washington county locations. At Optimae’s Iowa City offices, Hall will be working alongside Stephanie Baumhover, LMSW; and Meredith Olson, PMHNP. At Optimae’s Washington offices, she will join Susan Fowler, LISW; and Angela Dossett, ARNP, PMHNP-BC.

Hall transitioned to the role of mental health counselor in July 2022, after previously working for Optimae LifeServices as an intensive psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner. Prior to joining Optimae, Hall received her Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling and her Bachelor of Arts, with distinction in psychology and human relations, from the University of Iowa.
Hall brings four years of experience in the field of mental health to her new position as a mental health counselor. She holds expertise in addressing a broad range of mental illnesses, including depression, substance use disorders, anxiety, schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder.
Hall utilizes a person-centered approach in her practices, focusing on the facilitation of positive improvement and emotional growth within the lives of her customers. She creates supportive and accepting environments in her practice, open for customers to set and achieve personally meaningful goals.
In providing tools for growth, hope and empowerment, Hall provides customers the ability to self-actualize the changes they wish to see in their life. Hall embodies the Optimae “At your side. On your side.” mindset; she not only stands as an advocate and ally for her customers, but also helps customers gain the tools needed to advocate for themselves.
