2020 CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program

The City of Washington is applying for Community Development Block Grant funds from the State of Iowa.  If the application is funded, 6 homeowners in Washington will be eligible for up to $24,999 in grant funds for exterior home rehabilitation work.  Applicants must meet low and moderate income guidelines, and we are now accepting applications.  Applications will be processed in the order received, but must be submitted by Wednesday, June 24 at the latest.  See attached flyer for more information.

At the current time, the City is soliciting qualified vendors for technical services associated with the administration of the program.  Please see below for the Request for Proposals.  Proposals are due to [email protected] by Monday, June 15 at 5 PM.
