April Cuddeback Named Event Director

WASHINGTON, IA – The Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that April Cuddeback has joined the team in a consultant role as Event Director.

April comes to us with many years of event planning experience at the local, state, and national levels.  Locally, April previously served as Health Promotions Coordinator at Washington County Hospitals and Clinics and has had many volunteer roles in the community with Washington County 4-H, Main Street Washington, the United Presbyterian Church, and our school parent-teacher organizations at all levels.

Her passion for the community, the ability to see the big picture, and attention to detail will make April a great asset to the Chamber.  “I love this community and all it has to offer residents of Washington County and am anxious to jump right in with the Spring Craft Fair and Summer Classic festivities.”

With three active daughters, two now in college, down time is scarce. Evenings and weekends generally find them at a ball field, track meet, or other school or church event. April resides with her family in rural Washington County.
